1. About Funny Ass Tees
FunnyAssTees.com was begun by a couple of T-Shirt junkies. In an effort to satisfy their addiciton to funny shirts, they started making and selling shirts. This evolved to the store you see today. Here at Funny Ass Tees we strive to ensure that only genuinely funny shirts make it on our site, and that we have the funniest t-shirts you can find anywhere. Our philosophy is to keep it simple, just make shirts, and keep them funny.
Funny Ass Tees is an affiliate shop of Spreadshirt. The reason for this is two-fold. The first is that we want to focus on creating funny designs and original shirts. We let the pros handle the production, shipping, and other nonsense that a couple of goofy guys shouldn't be doing. THe second reason is that Spreadshirt is one of the best shirt manufacturers out there. The quality of their flock printing and Digital Direct printing processes is the best we have found on the net.
In essence, we design the shirts, and Spreadshirt makes them. What this means is that all purchasing, shipping, and ordering is preformed by Spreadshirt. After you select the shirt you would like, Spreadshirt will handle the rest. Spreadshirt is a BBBOnline accredited business. 2. Can I exchange or return purchased products?
Spreadshirt's Fair Return Policy
Every ordered product at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away.
Promise:
- If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
- If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact Spreadshirt within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem.
3. How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment.
Prerequisites for speedy delivery:
- Payment in full to our account
- Complete shipping and billing addresses
- No problems with the design
We ship via UPS in most cases. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship.
The available shipping options can be found below. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

Delivery typically takes between three to six business days. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities. For orders in the EU, you can also go to www.spreadshirt.net. - USPS International Economy
Delivery takes up to six weeks. There is no order tracking for this shipping option and no service provided for duties and customs on international deliveries. Packages which weigh more than 4 lbs. will be sent by USPS International Priority. - UPS Ground
Orders are typically delivered in one to six days after your order is shipped. Unfortunately, there is no Saturday delivery possible. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico. - 3 Day Select
You receive your order by the end of the third business day after your order is shipped. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states. - Next Day Air Saver
You receive your order the next business day after your order is shipped and it will be received by 7:00pm. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states.
4. What print methods do you use?

5. Do you design custom shirts?
Funny Ass Tees can do custom t-shirt design . Generally speaking an order of 10+ shirts can be custom made at no cost to you for the design. Depending on the type of shirt and design you would like we can produce your custom shirts for as low as $12.00 a shirt. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Funny Ass Tees, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
